ROOM CARDS

Your room card will get you access to your room as well as the front & rear gates of the Motel. Once the main gates of the motel close at 10pm each night, you will need your card to access the Motel grounds.

Front Gates – Automatically close at 10pm each night – Automatically open 6am the next morning

To exit the Motel grounds in your vehicle between the above times, very slowly approach the front gates, they will open automatically and operate on a sensor. To re-enter the Motel, touch the sensor on the right hand side of the wall in the driveway. Keep your vehicle well clear of the gates or they will not open.

CHARGE-BACK CARD

Enjoy a night out at our Club and have it charged back to your room account. Please see Reception for more details and to obtain a card.

ENTRY TO CLUB COWRA

Unless you are a member of Club Cowra, you can access the Club via the front doors on Brisbane Street. For your convenience, you may exit the Club through its rear door access on Bartlett Street and gain access to the Motel grounds using your room key on the rear gate.

NON-SMOKING

Our Motel is a 100% smoke free property. Please note that if smoke residue is present in your room, a $250 fee will be charged to the credit card provided at check-in. Every room is equipped with smoke alarms, in the event of a false alarm, a fee of $250 will be charged to your credit card.

NOISE

Please be mindful that there are other guests staying at our Motel and we ask that respect is shown to ensure their stay is quiet and peaceful.

CARPARK

All vehicles and their contents are left in the carpark entirely at their owner’s risk. The Club Cowra accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage.
